Due to your dedication we are consistently able to host the Ontario Volleyball Association's tournaments. This assists our Club’s growth with positive recognition throughout Ontario and it also helps reduce the fees for our members!
Steps in Hosting a Successful Tournament
All members and parents of Barrie Elites Volleyball Club signed an Expectation Agreement which requires them to help host at least two tournaments each year. Team work makes hosting a lot of fun, allows a team to bond in an informal volleyball setting and the athletes get to watch some amazing volleyball!!!
Please click on the links below for specific pages Team Parent(s) will need to host a tournament. Simply print or save and modify the following files to fit the needs for your team and the age group of the tournament you are hosting ie., 13U tournaments usually need more items for the concession stand than the 17 & 18U tournaments. Please email me to verify the items you will need parents to sign up for if you are unsure.
